Using our finest pork loin, we then dry cure by hand and allow the pork loin to cure into a dry cured bacon loin over a period of 10 to 14 days allowing it to also mature before slicing. Having won numerous awards it is now one of our bestselling lines in our shop. The star of any breakfast, and it won’t shrivel up in the pan!
