Thick Cut Dry Cured Oak Smoked Bacon




Our Bacon is traditionally cured by hand, then air dried and smoked using oak chippings which we believe enhances the texture and gives it a delicious smokey flavour.

We cut this bacon into thicker slices for a truly traditional experience. These thick rashers are perfect for an epic bacon sandwich.
