Traditionally cured by hand using British Pork Loins

All of our bacon is cured by hand and air dried “the old fashioned way”, using a special recipe which enhances the flavour and texture. We cut this bacon into thicker slices for a truly traditional experience. These thick rashers are perfect for an epic bacon sandwich.
