From Redondo Iglesias of Spain, a family of master Ibérico pork producers since 1920.

The black Ibérico pigs are bred and raised in free range conditions where they roam freely and enjoy a 100% natural diet of herbs, grasses and cereal. The pigs are obliged to cover extensive distances to gain access to food and water. This is key to ensuring that the meat has plenty of muscle and abundant marbling. All of these factors result in meat that is tender and richly flavoured.
